this is me..

This blog is kind of my food biography so I’ve decided to call it Foodography. It’s a sort of summary of experiences, experiments, tastes, flavors, recipes, restaurants, smells and other food related things I run into.

Before I learned how to cook dinner, I was already making big cakes. I’ve always had a huge sweet tooth and you can see that in my cooking. As the years have passed, and especially since I moved away from home, I’ve started making dinner as well. The beginning was a disaster and I can still remember the first experimental “this can’t be that hard” dish I made. I’ve also become more and more interested in healthy food, especially low GI and paleo food. No matter what the diet, I always value great tasting food. No diet is worth it if the food tastes bad. Not all the recipes in my blog are necessary healthy but they all taste really good!
